Star Rail - Rin TohsakaRin Tohsaka Rin Tohsaka easily benefits from the Quantum DMG and the DEF ignore provided by this relic set.
Star Rail - AnaxaAnaxa Despite not being a Quantum DPS, Anaxa can use this as his best relic for a Hypercarry build since he can implant a Quantum weakness to fully activate the effect. This works best if Anaxa is using the Life Should Be Cast to Flames Light Cone.
Star Rail - SeeleSeele This set is best in slot for Seele because it increases her Quantum DMG and allows her to ignore a percentage of her target's DEF, even more when it has Quantum Weakness.
Star Rail - QingqueQingque Just like Seele, Qingque works well with this set since it boosts her overall DMG by increasing Quantum DMG and allows her to ignore a percentage of her target's DEF.

I'm pretty sure its because of the 4-pc Set, but it seems pretty forced Xueyi fits better

Why It's recommended for Jingliu? Also why Xueyi isn't here it might be a bit better to replace Jingliu with Xueyi
