Although the Trophies menu on console won't show your progess for completion, you can check how far you are into getting each Trophy using the in-game Challenges menu. Each of the game's trophies are repeated as a Challenge here, and you can see how far along you are so you don't have to wonder if the progress you've been making has actually counted or not.

Can DLC Trophies Auto-Pop on PS5?

Separate Ways DLC Trophies Can Auto-Pop

Players can transfer their PS4 save to the PS5 version to automatically unlock previously earned Separate Ways DLC trophies, as long as they were already earned on PS4.

Auto-pop only works from PS4 to PS5. It does not support PS5 to PS4 transfers, and PC achievements cannot be transferred to PlayStation trophies.
