Clockwork Castellans are destructible wind-up dolls scattered throughout Resident Evil 4 Remake (RE4). Use our Interactive Map to locate all 16 Clockwork Castellans by chapter and learn about their completion rewards.

Clockwork Castlellan Interactive Map

Use the Interactive Map to find every Clockwork Castellans and keep track of the ones you've already collected.

  1. Use the Location dropdown to select the Village, Castle, or Island. Then, use the Area dropdown below to jump to a specific area.
  2. Click a pin or select its icon on the right to view its location, description, and images.
  3. Click Mark as Acquired after collecting a treasure to track your progress.
  4. Click Restore to Unclaimed to undo a marked treasure.
  5. Use the Counter and checklist icon to view your collected and remaining treasures.

Bronze and Silver Trophies

Resident Evil 4 Remake - Silver TrophyRevolution Wind-Up Destroy all Clockwork Castellans.
Resident Evil 4 Remake - Bronze TrophyRevolt Against the Revolting Destroy a Clockwork Castellan.

Destroying your first Clockwork Castellan rewards you with the Revolt Against the Revolting Trophy, while shooting down all 16 Clockwork Castellans in the game gives you the Revolution Wind-Up Trophy.

Challenge Condition Rewards
Revolt Against the Revolting Destroy a Clockwork Castellan. 200 CP
Revolution Wind-up Destroy all Clockwork Castellans. 1000 CP

Completing these two trophies also means you complete the in-game Revolution Wind-up and Revolt Against the Revolting challenges, rewarding you with a total of 1,200 CP you can spend at the Extra Content Shop.

Listen for the Ticking Sound

Whenever you are nearby a Clockwork Castellan, you will be able to hear its distinct ticking sound. Try to keep an ear out as you do your exploration!

Turn On Close Caption Subtitles

An easier way to find Clockwork Castellans nearby is by turning on closed caption subtitles in the settings. With this option turned on, a caption displaying [mechanical cadence] will appear on your screen whenever you are in the vicinity of a Clockwork Castellan. This will give you a visual cue on top of the audio cue to easily find them!
