The Power Puzzle requires rotating the nodes correctly to connect the power input to all lightning icons. You first encounter this on the Dissection Room on Chapter 13.

Note that the Power Puzzles vary depending on your playthrough difficulty.

Direct the Power to the Dissection Area to Access Puzzle

Pull the Lever
Before you can access the first power puzzle, you need to direct the power to the Dissection Area by pulling the lever beside the screen south of the Dissection Area.

The Power Puzzle in the Freezer is optional, but you can pick up a free LE 5 which is a good endgame SMG and will save you from spending pesetas.

Redirect the Power to the Freezer Area

After getting the Level 1 Keycard from the Dissection Area, you'll have to redirect the power back to the Freezer to access the second power puzzle by using the same lever on the south of the Dissection Area.

Like other Power Puzzles, connect the power input to the lightning icons by rotating the nodes. You'll encounter this puzzle on Chapter 14 to unlock the gate with Ashley.

Resident Evil 4 Remake - LE 5 SMG in Freezer
While the Freezer power puzzle is optional, opening its electronic lock rewards you with the LE 5. This weapon is a solid SMG that has 5x Penetration as its Exclusive Upgrade, making it excellent for taking out groups of enemies.
