Blue Medallions are found in the Farm, Quarry, Castle Gate, Grand Hall, Castle Depot, and Cliffside Ruins in Resident Evil 4 Remake (RE4 Remake). Read on for all 32 Blue Medallion locations, a map of all Blue Medallions, as well as the rewards that you can get after getting all of Blue Medallions.

Blue Medallions Interactive Map

- Use the Location dropdown to select the Village, Castle, or Island. Then, use the Area dropdown below to jump to a specific area.

Blue Medallions are objectives in specific Merchant Requests. Completing each request rewards you with Spinels, which can be exchanged for valuable loot!
Blue Medallion Rewards
Earn Up to 27 Spinels
Completing all six Blue Medallion Requests rewards you with a total of 27 Spinels. Trade them with the Merchant for exclusive weapons, Treasure Maps, upgrade tickets, and other valuable items.
Can You Get a Punisher?

Unlike the original game, the Punisher is not a reward for the Blue Medallions Requests specifically, but instead can be purchased from the Merchant for 5 Spinel at any time.

While there is no achievement for getting all of the Blue Medallions, completing all 5 of their Requests will get you closer to getting the Jack of All Trades Achievement, which is obtained by completing all Requests.

Differences from Original Game
Optional Mini Game Assignment in the Original Game
Blue Medallions were an optional assignment feature in the original Resident Evil 4. These medallions were well hidden in various locations throughout Chapter 1 of the original game.
To unlock this assignment, players needed to go to the farm area to see a note, “About the Blue Medallions”, pinned to a tree near the chicken coop in the farm. The file instructs the player that there are a total of 15 Blue Medallions — 7 in the Farm and 8 in the Cemetary.
The note only says that the player only needs to destroy 10 Blue Medallions in order to be eligible for the reward. Shooting only 10 medallions rewards you with a specialized handgun, but getting all 15 medallions will reward you with an additional firepower upgrade along with the handgun.
