How to Use Nushi Skills

Nushi Skills are boss finishers that Emma can use in Beast of Reincarnation. Read on to learn how to use Nushi Skills and see a list of all Nushi Skill unlocks in the game.

How to Use Nushi Skills

Input the Correct Combo String to Use the Skill

Nushi Skills or boss finishers can be used by following their indicated combo string and spending your Entanglement Gauge charges.

They can be used during fights as soon as you unlock them, allowing you to weave the moves into your attack string naturally so long as you remember the right inputs and have the required Entanglement Gauge charges.

Check Unlocked Nushi Skills via the Equipment Menu

Skills Menu

To see a list of your unlocked Nushi Skills, head over to your equipment menu and select the option to View Skills on the bottom left of your screen. This should pull up a list of all unlocked skills for both Emma and Koo.

Nushi Skill How to Unlock
Climbing Higanbana Unlocked by default
Sakura Storm Defeat Rangifer for the 1st time during Chapter 1 to obtain Rangiferine Memories, which unlocks the skill.
Biting Tempest Defeat the Keeper Golem during Chapter 2. During the cutscene that follows, Kunai will hand you the memory of her companion that unlocks the skill.
Dokuzeri Shower Defeat Lacerta for the 1st time during Chapter 2 to obtain Lacertine Memories, which unlocks the skill.
Rampaging Asagao Defeat Nue Malefact for the 1st time during Chapter 3 to obtain Ursine Memories, which unlocks the skill.
Creeping Kiku Defeat Nue Malefact for the 2nd time during Chapter 3 to obtain Erymanthian Memories, which unlocks the skill.
Chimeric Flow Defeat Shidou and Nue at the end of Chapter 3 to unlock the skill.
Charging Botan Defeat Taurus for the 1st time during Chapter 4 to obtain Taurean Memories, which unlocks the skill.
Acid Burst Nobudou Defeat the 1st Corvus during Chapter 7 to unlock the skill.
