Bloober Team has announced its busiest release period yet, gearing up for four releases through 2027 and a mystery project fans think is Silent Hill 3. Find out more details from the studio’s recent IR and why Silent Hill 3 might be next.
Project H Continues to Fuel Silent Hill 3 Speculation
Bloober’s Unconfirmed Project May Be An Original IP
Among Bloober Team’s announced projects, the unannounced first-party game Project H from the team behind Cronos: The New Dawn drew the most intrigue. Earlier this year, CEO Babieno told StockWatch that the project was in pre-production and described it as the team's "most ambitious undertaking" yet, with the "greatest commercial potential" of any of their titles.
The codename has inevitably led to speculation about a Silent Hill 3 remake, particularly among fans who have connected the "H" to Heather Mason, the game’s protagonist. The theory has merit because Silent Hill 2 remake was a commercial and critical success, with Konami’s latest figures in March 2026 announcing 5 million units sold worldwide. Konami has previously announced that Bloober is working on the original Silent Hill, which lends credence to rumors of a Silent Hill 3 remake, a direct sequel to the events of Silent Hill 1.
However, strong evidence points Project H elsewhere. Babieno previously described it as a new original project, and Bloober’s April 2026 investor update went further, saying the studio believes Project H could become Bloober Team's largest IP. The studio has not officially connected Project H to Silent Hill, so for now the Heather connection remains a strongly held fan theory rather than evidence of another remake.
Bloober Team’s Four-Release Lineup Is Only Part of Its Expansion
SAW: Genesis Delayed to Q1 2027 to Avoid A Busy Season
Beyond the aforementioned Project H, Bloober Team is also juggling several projects at once, with four releases planned through the end of 2027 and even more productions taking shape behind the scenes. Its latest investor update, published on September 28, outlined the studio’s current and future plans across its first-party projects and rapidly expanding second and third-party business as it prepares for what it calls the busiest release period in its history.
The biggest new update concerns SAW: Genesis, Bloober’s first multiplayer project. According to the report, Bloober Team subsidiary Broken Mirror Games and co-developer Anshar Studios have now conducted two closed alpha tests, with Bloober saying player feedback has been very positive so far compared with competing titles. However, its Early Access launch has been delayed to the first quarter of 2027, a strategic decision from the Polish studio to avoid the hectic fourth quarter and attract more players to the title.

The other three releases in Bloober’s current roadmap have already been revealed. Cronos: Lazarus, the upcoming expansion for Cronos: The New Dawn, and Star Trek: Shadow Frontier, developed in cooperation with Paramount Games, were both announced during Summer Game Fest. Bloober says it plans to intensify sales efforts around Cronos and Lazarus over the next two quarters, while continuing to look for other ways to develop and monetize the IP.
The fourth is ONYX: The Dark Grip, Broken Mirror Games’ 2027 horror title developed exclusively for Nintendo Switch 2, which was unveiled during September’s Nintendo Direct. Altogether, Bloober CEO Piotr Babieno sums it up by saying that "Bloober Team does not base its future on the success of a single hit, but bases it on a diversified portfolio and multiple sources of growth." The studio is also venturing into multimedia, beginning with the novel inspired by Layers of Fear.
Bloober Has Invested Over $14 Million in Second-Party Development

SAW is also part of a much larger push behind Broken Mirror Games, which handles Bloober’s second-party projects with external partners. Bloober says development work across the second-party segment has now exceeded PLN 53.83 million (~$14 million), after years of quietly developing several productions simultaneously at different stages. The company says it has reinvested its earnings into those projects and expects second-party development to become its "fastest-growing" revenue in the near future.
Broken Mirror Games has also recently brought former Dying Light lead game designer Tymon Smektała aboard as Executive Director, where he will oversee the studio’s strategy as well as the selection and execution of future projects. Smektała said its immediate priority is to refine the multiplayer project while also looking further to allow Broken Mirror Games to "scale its operations and take on increasingly ambitious challenges."

Bloober's excellent remake of Silent Hill 2 set the precedent for the upcoming remake of Silent Hill 1 and potentially Silent Hill 3. Check out our review of the game below:
