Restart Steam
Many users trying to start the game on Steam are finding that their Play button is still grayed out even after the release of the game.
To resolve this issue, exit and reopen Steam to force the game to unpack the files.

What Causes the Gray Play Button Error?
Files Need to be Unpacked
If players had Steam already open before the game's release time on February 28, Steam will sometimes not receive the trigger to unpack the game files.
Exiting and restarting Steam forces the trigger to occur again, resolving the issue.
