R.override is a sci-fi adventure title developed and published by Blue Backpack, set to release in Fall 2027 for PC (Steam). Players will take control of a rover unit tasked with exploring an alien planet in search of a lost crew that sent a distress signal.
The game will feature physics-based driving mechanics as players navigate through a variety of terrains across four distinct biomes. Additionally, the game will feature roguelite progression, allowing players to unlock permanent upgrades, checkpoints, and new tools to progress further each run.
