Tokyo Game Show 2026 has officially revealed its initial exhibitor lineup, with organizers confirming that this year's event will be the largest and longest-running edition in the convention's history as it celebrates its 30th anniversary.

The Computer Entertainment Supplier's Association (CESA), the organizer of Tokyo Game Show, announced on July 8 that 759 companies have already signed on to exhibit at the annual gaming expo. The lineup includes 484 Japanese companies and 275 international exhibitors from 51 countries and regions, while the exhibition floor will cover 3,946 booths.

Among the confirmed exhibitors are:

 ⚫︎ Nintendo
 ⚫︎ Sony Interactive Entertainment (PlayStation)
 ⚫︎ Square Enix
 ⚫︎ Capcom
 ⚫︎ SEGA
 ⚫︎ Bandai Namco Entertainment
 ⚫︎ Konami Digital Entertainment
 ⚫︎ Koei Tecmo
 ⚫︎ LEVEL-5
 ⚫︎ Game Freak
 ⚫︎ HoYoverse
 ⚫︎ Nexon
 ⚫︎ Netmarble
 ⚫︎ VRChat

Notably, Game Freak will be hosting an exhibition booth at TGS for the first time. However, according to the studio, they will not showcase any titles from the Pokémon series.

The list also includes numerous independent developers and country pavilions representing regions including South Korea, Taiwan, Poland, Brazil, India, and Malaysia.

According to CESA, attendees can expect exhibits spanning console, PC, and mobile platforms, as well as esports titles, augmented and virtual reality experiences, indie games, gaming hardware, streaming equipment, ergonomic furniture, and business solutions designed for developers and publishers.

The organizers noted that the aforementioned figures are current as of July 8 and could change before the show opens in September.

Visitors will also find several collaborations throughout the venue, such as with Red Bull, which will sponsor a stage on September 21, where it will host "Red Bull Revenge." It is a Street Fighter 6 showmatch that is, according to PR Times Japan, "themed around matches that have been etched into the history of the Street Fighter series."

Suzuki will also display a custom Hayabusa motorcycle tuned by the Street Fighter 6 character Juri. Those interested can check out the full lineup of exhibitors on CESA’s official website.

TGS 2026’s Key Visual Illustrated by Zashikiwarashi

To commemorate the convention’s 30th anniversary, CESA also unveiled the official key visual for Tokyo Game Show 2026. Japanese illustrator Zashikiwarashi returns for a second consecutive year to create the event’s artwork, this time producing five interconnected illustrations inspired by the show’s five-day schedule. The collection follows the same central character introduced in the event's teaser videos as she explores different aspects of the convention across each day.

The same artwork will also appear on the official staff uniforms through BEAMS, which returns as Tokyo Game Show's official apparel sponsor for a second consecutive year.

Moreover, CESA announced that entertainer Toshiya Miyata of the idol group Kis-My-Ft2 will be the official promotional supporter for TGS 2026 as part of the event’s promotional campaign leading up to its September opening.

Tokyo Game Show 2026 will be held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan, from September 17 to September 21. The event is introducing its first-ever five-day format under the anniversary theme "The Longest Five Days of Non-Stop Play."

The first two days will remain dedicated to business visitors, industry professionals, and members of the press, while the final three days will be open to the general public. By extending the public portion of the convention by an additional day, CESA expects to welcome approximately 300,000 attendees across the five-day event.

Additional exhibitors and event details are expected to be announced in the weeks leading up to the event.
