Silver Palace Dichotomy Beta Test Opens This Week
Starts July 22 and Ends August 12, at 7:00 P.M. PT / 10:00 P.M. ET
Silver Palace's "Dichotomy" Closed Beta Test will officially begin on July 23, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. UTC+8, as announced by Silver Studio and publisher Elementa through the game’s official channels. The test is scheduled to conclude on August 13, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. UTC+8, which gives players roughly three weeks to explore the latest version of the upcoming open-world detective RPG.
For players in North America, the test will run from July 22 at 7:00 P.M. PT / 10:00 P.M. ET through August 12 at 7:00 P.M. PT / 10:00 P.M. ET. Check out the timetable below to find out what time the beta test starts and ends in your region:

Test access distribution is currently underway. Players who applied for the Dichotomy Beta can verify whether they have been selected by checking their emails or by visiting the official website and using the "Check Test Access" feature. Those who have secured a spot may also begin pre-downloading the game client ahead of the servers going live.
Do note that the Dichotomy Beta is exclusive to PC (Windows), and each test account will be permanently linked to the device used during its first login. Attempting to access the beta from a different device will result in the account being banned and "disqualified from further participation in the test," according to the publisher.
This follows the conclusion of its recruitment process on July 16 after several weeks of applications and community events. Players who previously qualified for the earlier Monotype beta and completed the required follow-up survey were also eligible to retain access for the new test, provided they met the publisher's requirements.
The Dichotomy Beta is the game’s largest public test to date. Elements previously confirmed that the update introduces the long-awaited male protagonist, expands the main story, opens previously inaccessible areas of Silvernia, and adds new gameplay activities alongside refinements to combat. Earlier this month, the studio released a gameplay showcase highlighting several of these additions, including exploration, combat encounters, and new playable characters expected to appear during the beta.
Beyond the beta itself, Elementa has continued to promote Silver Palace through a global series of convention appearances, with playable demos showcased at events including Anime Expo, Japan Expo, Bilibili World, and Firefly ACG EXPO. The publisher has also confirmed future appearances at Anime NYC, Gamescom, and Gamescom Asia later this year as anticipation continues to build ahead of the game's eventual launch.
Silver Palace is currently in development for PC, consoles, iOS, and Android devices. While Elementa has not announced a release date, the upcoming Dichotomy Beta will offer players its most comprehensive look yet at the detective RPG before its full launch.
