Bloober Team Shifts to Multi-Project Strategy With Seven Games in Development
Mystery Surrounding the Seven Upcoming Games

Silent Hill 2 Remake studio, Bloober Team, just announced that there will be seven games currently in development following the company’s major leadership changes.
In a report by GamesIndustry.biz, Bloober Team announced that it will operate with two first-party production teams. CEO Piotr Babieno clarified that future titles will include "single-player horror experiences with strong gameplay foundations, premium execution, and themes that resonate on a deeper emotional or social level." He also assured fans that these experiences "define" the studio’s knack for horror storytelling.

Fans have already speculated that these could include future Silent Hill titles, especially following confirmation from Konami and Bloober Team on the recent Silent Hill Transmission event that the first mainline entry in the series is receiving a major remake.
Some fans also believe the studio may not stop at the first game, suggesting that Heather’s story in Silent Hill 3 could also receive a similar modern reimagining, as evidenced by the mysterious "Project H," which some assume may be named after the game’s main character.

Bloober Team’s CEO expressed excitement about the studio’s broader ambitions but also stated, "We don’t want fewer than two productions, because relying on a single title creates too much risk in today’s market."
Another major entry previously announced by Bloober Team is Layers of Fear 3, the third installment in its acclaimed narrative horror series. Alongside the Silent Hill Remake, that brings the studio’s confirmed slate to two upcoming titles so far.

The company is also expanding its publishing subsidiary, Broken Mirror Games, confirming that it currently has five games "in various stages of development," according to Babieno. While these new entries remain shrouded in mystery, it has already been confirmed months ago that the label is also publishing Bloober’s unnamed projects such as "Project M" and "Project F."
New Leadership Team Signals Strategic Shift

In line with Bloober Team’s ambitious roadmap, the studio has appointed three key executives tasked with supporting the studio’s long-term stability. These executives…(maybe something about how they’re veterans in the gaming industry)
Leading the additions is Thaine Lyman, the new head of studio, who previously held leadership roles at Activision and Wargaming. He is joined by Katya Baukova as director of business development, bringing experience from CD Projekt Red. Lastly, Michał Gembicki, another CD Projekt Red veteran, steps in as head of publishing where he will focus on expanding the Polish studio’s global reach.

Babieno also highlighted the broader rise of Poland’s game development industry. With CD Projekt and its Cyberpunk and The Witcher franchises, alongside the success of Bloober Team’s very own Silent Hill 2 Remake, the country is now “globally respected” within the industry.
