Overwatch announces another LE SSERAFIM collaboration arriving September 12th, bringing a new line of skins, challenges, emotes, and more. Read on to learn more about the crossover, announcement, and other details.
Overwatch x LE SSERAFIM Returns With Brand New Skins
Arrives This September Along With BlizzCon 2026
Overwatch's partnership with K-pop group LE SSERAFIM is making a comeback, and this time it's bringing an entirely new lineup of cosmetics. Blizzard confirmed the collaboration through its official Overwatch account on X (Twitter) on September 1st, teasing new content such as added skins, emotes, and in-game challenges arriving September 12, 2026.
So far, six heroes are previewed on the announcement to receive LE SSERAFIM-themed skins: Mizuki, Freja, D.Mon, Anran, Sierra, and Moira. Blizzard has not yet detailed pricing, bundles, or what other additional cosmetics like emotes and sprays will accompany each skin, though specifics are expected to be detailed closer to launch.

The announcement lands during Season 4: Heroes of Busan and lines up with the start of BlizzCon 2026, giving the crossover a bigger stage than its two previous runs. Unlike the last LE SSERAFIM collab last April, which simply brought back older cosmetics for a limited rerun, this third wave gives all-new character skins.
Since the release overlaps with BlizzCon, this mirrors how Blizzard handled the first collab in 2023, which led to a live LE SSERAFIM performance at that year's convention. Given the pattern, a similar on-stage moment during this year's BlizzCon is on the table.
History of Overwatch x LE SSERAFIM
This event is the third time Overwatch and LE SSERAFIM have worked together. The first collaboration launched in November 2023 alongside the girl group's single "Perfect Night." They introduced the Antifragile skin line for Brigitte, D.Va, Kiriko, Sombra, and Tracer, along with a limited-time 3v3 mode called Concert Clash and a themed music video.
A second wave followed in March 2025, adding the FEARLESS collection for Ashe, D.Va, Illari, Juno, and Mercy, plus Blue Flame recolors of the original five Antifragile skins. This line came with a dedicated livestream event featuring the group ahead of its launch. The most recent LE SSERAFIM reappearance came in April 2026. Blizzard launched a rerun of the entire back catalog of 15 skins across both waves for a two-week window during Season 2: Summit, giving other players who missed earlier runs a chance to grab the cosmetics once more.
Some Fans Win, Others Lose

Player reactions to the next crossover reveal have been positive. A number of commenters focused on the more unexpected picks, particularly Moira, with fans expressing surprise that a hero not typically associated with flashy collab skins made the cut this time around. Others on forums are currently still debating and deciphering who’s themed after whom.
Not all responses were satisfactory, as some fans point out that Lucio, despite being one of the game's most musically themed characters, has never received a LE SSERAFIM skin. Others voiced mild disappointment, highlighting favorites, like Shion, weren't included this time, while still acknowledging the new skins looked good at least. Overall, there’s still a lot of buzz and excitement to see the collab return for a third round with the iconic K-pop idol group.
Overwatch is a co-op shooter available on PC, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch. For more info on the game, check out the article below!
