Obey Me! Sinner's Choice: Lucifer will launch on Steam in 2026 as a "strategic partnership" between publishers NTT Solmare and Good Smile Company. First announced at the Obey Me! Seven Years of Sin Anniversary Stream, the dark romance visual novel marks the franchise's transition from mobile to PC. It centers on the firstborn demon, Lucifer (voiced by Kazuya Yamashita), who stands in judgment for his sins, and the player, a human chosen to serve as his magistrate.
Obey Me! is a popular mobile otome game by NTT Solmare, in which the player is an exchange student at Hell's Royal Academy of Diavolo (RAD). There are seven romanceable characters: the demon brothers Lucifer, Mammon, Leviathan, Satan, Asmodeus, Beelzebub, and Belphegor. Meanwhile, Obey Me! Sinner's Choice: Lucifer veers away from offering multiple romanceable routes and instead puts the spotlight on the eldest sibling.
Following the rebellion in the Celestial Realm, Lucifer turned from God's most beloved angel to a demon cast to Cocytus, Hell's prison in the bottom rung of damnation. The story unfolds across 15 chapters, culminating in the player's choice of Lucifer's fate after seven days once they have met his brothers and uncovered "the secrets of the underworld."
True to the visual novel format, its gameplay involves progressing through the story while interacting with the different characters. Accompanying the fully-voiced chapters is a "beautifully rendered, high-definition" artstyle that makes its return from the original Obey Me! visuals widely praised by fans.
Since the title only features Lucifer for the player to romantically pursue, there is a chance the series will expand to include the rest of the love interest roster as well. Fans are assuming that each brother will have their own game on Steam, though this remains unconfirmed as of writing.
Wishlist Promotion for Exclusive ASMR Videos
NTT Solmare celebrates the game's announcement with a special giveaway, offering participants the chance to win exclusive coupons for Obey Me! ASMR videos on Sol Store. Entry requires posting a screenshot on Instagram or X (formerly Twitter) of the game on their wishlist, using the hashtag #ObeyMeSCWishlist.
Winners will be contacted in Autumn 2026 via direct message from the official page. Promotion prizes include three coupons offering discounts (100% off, 77% off, and 50% off), with seven winners per coupon.
Joint Production Between NTT Solmare and Good Smile Company
Obey Me! creator NTT Solmare has partnered with Good Smile Company to bring Obey Me! Sinner's Choice: Lucifer as "a cinematic experience on the big screen" through Steam. According to the press release, the visual novel blends "the deep, original storytelling of NTT Solmare with the technical expertise and multifaceted IP production of Good Smile Company" so that they may "deliver the most dramatic and immersive experience yet" for otome game fans.
Dubbed as "a leader in bringing Japanese pop culture to a global audience," Good Smile Company is the creator and a leading manufacturer of the "Nendoroid" figures. They have also recently ventured into animation production and game development.
Obey Me! Sinner's Choice: Lucifer is developed by Frontwing and is the latest installment in Obey Me!, a series that has achieved over 11 million downloads globally. Previous releases include the original Obey Me! (2019), Nightbringer (2023), and Till Death Do Us Part (2025), which are all playable on Android and iOS devices.
The Lucifer-focused visual novel is slated for a 2026 launch on PC via Steam and is now available to wishlist. The publishers are also considering release on Nintendo Switch and other additional platforms, though specific details, such as the timeframe, are yet to be revealed.
