Follow Samus Aran in a new Metroid adventure in Metroid Ravenous, where she finds herself marooned on an unfamiliar moon teeming with enemies. Navigate through its maze, hunt down bosses, and devour foes to get stronger with her newly awakened Metroid instinct.

Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity - Definitive Edition Arrives February 25th, 2027 With New Difficulty Mode
Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity comes to Nintendo Switch 2 on February 25, 2027. This Definitive Edition allows for smooth 60FPS gameplay and includes all content from the Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity Expansion Pass DLC. It also adds a new difficulty level, Calamity Mode.
Owners of the Nintendo Switch version can purchase the new Switch 2 version for a discount on the eShop, as well as have the option to transfer existing save data. Pre-orders are now available.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Remastered Launches September 29th
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Remastered brings enhanced visuals and gameplay to the Nintendo Switch 2 starting September 29th, as well as the Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine DLCs. It will make use of the Switch 2 console features such as gyro aiming, mouse and motion controls, and touchscreen support.
This is launched ahead of the upcoming third expansion DLC, Songs of the Past, slated for release sometime in 2027.

Pikmin 4 is set to release on Nintendo Switch 2 with added content, such as voice commands for Oatchi and a new Dandori Academy mode to play, where players can take on different challenges with varying difficulty levels. The new game mode adds "exams" where players can earn medals each week and see how they fare against friends and other Pikmin players around the world. There are 72 stages planned to be gradually released over time.

Onyx: The Dark Grip is the newest horror game by Silent Hill 2 Remake developers Bloober Team, following the tale of Holden, a man who finds himself in a town shrouded in fog after a voice beckoned him to come. A unique feature of the game lies in the player’s ability to not only control and guide Holden, but also manipulate the world around him through the touchscreen, although this comes at the cost of Holden’s sanity, with him believing that he’s being haunted by supernatural forces. He must find the balance between his grip on reality and the motivation to escape the clutches of the town.
It’s set to launch exclusively for the Nintendo Switch 2 sometime in 2027.
Xenoblade Chronicles 3 - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition Introduces Heroes’ Vault Mode and New Hero, Shimmer on December 3rd
Xenoblade Chronicles 2 - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition launches on December 3, 2026, adding in a new game mode, Heroes’ Vault, where players must defeat as many waves of enemies as they can within a time limit, and a new hero named Shimmer, who wields the Foresight ability.
Players who already own Xenoblade Chronicles 3 on the Nintendo Switch can upgrade to the new version with the upgrade pack, which will be available on the eShop.

Disney Dreamlight Valley’s newest expansion, The Keepsake Sea, arrives at its shores in November 2026 for the Nintendo Switch and the Nintendo Switch 2. Players can transform into mermaids and explore new areas while meeting new characters such as Milo Thatch (Atlantis: The Lost Empire), Megara (Hercules), and Jack Sparrow (Pirates of the Caribbean).

The presentation was about games coming to Nintendo Switch 2 this winter, with Nintendo yet to reveal the titles that will be featured. It will follow The Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Direct on September 8.
The Direct was available through Nintendo’s official broadcast channels, with the presentation accessible through the Nintendo Today! app as well. Viewers can then tune in to Nintendo Treehouse: Live | September 2026, which will follow the Direct with gameplay from select titles featured during the presentation.
