Monster Hunter Outlanders, an upcoming mobile entry from the acclaimed action RPG series, is set to appear at the upcoming Tokyo Game Show 2026, from September 17 to 21 at Makuhari Messe Hall 7. According to the game's official X (Twitter) account, a playable demo featuring new content will be available at the Capcom booth, though specifics on what that new content includes have yet to be detailed.
This follows the game's ongoing third closed beta, which ran across select regions, including Japan, the United States, Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, and the Philippines, beginning August 7, 2026, after an application period that closed on July 24. As with the prior two tests, all progress from the closed beta was wiped and does not carry over to the release.
Pre-Registration Now Live With Milestone Rewards
Monster Hunter Outlanders has also opened pre-registration through the App Store and Google Play. Players who sign up can help unlock a series of global milestone rewards, including Standard Contracts, Zenny, Growth Concentrate, and Aqua Dew at each specified wishlist goal, with the 10 million milestone unlocking an SR Adventurer Raya.
Some App Store listings currently show an expected release date of December 15, 2026. However, as of this writing, the launch has not been confirmed in any official press release or announcement from either Capcom or TiMi Studio Group.
