Doctor Doom Assembles a Team of Villains
Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls has received a trailer for new additions to its roster, specifically a new team led by Doctor Doom. Known as "The Knights of Doom," his team will feature iconic Marvel villains Magneto, Green Goblin, and Carnage as playable characters in the base roster.
Magneto, the Master of Magnetism and Omega-level Mutant supremacist, joins the Knights of Doom as a zoning-heavy fighter. His moveset will revolve around his electromagnetic abilities, utilizing metal projectiles and polarity manipulation to control the battlefield. As a unique mechanic, he will be able to use the debris left from his projectiles to power up his moves.

Story-wise, a deal between Magneto and Doom as well as tensions between him and the X-Men, specifically Storm, have been hinted through his voicelines. The Knights of Doom also adds two classic Spider-Man villains, namely Green Goblin and Carnage.
Green Goblin is a trickster character that utilizes his iconic glider and pumpkin bombs to confuse opponents and zip across the screen at lightning speeds. His interactions with Spider-Man also include a cheeky reference to the 2002 Spider-Man film directed by Sam Raimi, where Peter calls Norman "Gobbie."

Carnage, meanwhile, is appropriately feral and vicious in his gameplay, utilizing sharp Symbiote blades and extended tendrils to slice at enemies. When Carnage hits his opponents, they will be left in a "Symbiote-infested" state that empowers his attacks and inflicts increased, sustained damage even while blocking.
