Marvel Rivals developer NetEase Games has officially announced Ultron’s newest cosmetic: the B-Boy Prime Skin, releasing on September 3rd.
According to the official reveal, Ultron's system reports: "Analysis of rhythmic oscillations complete. Motor functions synchronized flawlessly with the hip-hop tempo. Destroy organic life protocol temporarily suspended. Re-routing coordinates to the East Coast. New directive: dominate breakdance." Embracing an unexpected old-school street style, the skin appears to draw heavy inspiration from classic 1980s hip-hop culture, complete with retro streetwear elements and a humorous in-universe background story declaring that the murderous robot's core programming has shifted to breakdancing.
This Season’s Final Legendary Skin Drop
Making its debut as the fifth and final major skin drop of Season 9.5 before Season 10 rolls out, the B-Boy Prime bundle equips Ultron with an old-school street aesthetic. As seen in his official announcement teaser video, the usually cold and calculating machine drops his robotic rigidity to execute smooth, synchronized floor spins, headstands, and popping animations right to a hip-hop tempo.
NetEase's design layout for the bundle includes the full legendary skin complete with retro streetwear attire, a custom MVP animation, an interactive emote, a nameplate, a spray, customizable ultimate-ability visual effects (VFX), and additional color variants such as blue-and-yellow and gold-and-black.
