Honkai: Nexus Anima (HNA) has begun to notify players who have been granted access to the Evolution Test. According to a post on HNA's official X (Twitter) account, the next batch of Evolution Testers will start receiving confirmation emails from July 8 at 10:00 (UTC+8) onward.
For another reliable check, players can also head to the official website and hit "Check Test Access" directly, since HoYoverse has linked the results to the site as well. Testers were also advised to check their Promotions or Spam folders in case they don't see anything in their email inbox. As an added precaution to avoid any scams or fake links, players can check if the message comes from notifications@official.hoyoverse.com.
When Does the Evolution Test Begin?

The Evolution Test itself is set to run from July 9, 2026, at 10:00 (UTC+8) through July 27, 2026, at 18:00 (UTC+8). HoYoverse further cautioned that any accounts caught trading, renting, or sharing access during this window will be removed from the test immediately.
Reaction to the announcement has mostly been excitement, with longtime HoYoverse players expressing hope they'll finally land a spot after years of playing the studio's other titles. Though not everyone's quite optimistic, as some fans have pointed to a rough personal track record with HoYoverse's beta selection process. Users online commented that they've struck out on invites for Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, Petit Planet, and other titles alike.
This marks another closed beta testing phase for HNA following the earlier Nexus Bond Test, continuing HoYoverse's pattern of running multiple closed beta tests ahead of a game's release. Honkai: Nexus Anima is currently being developed for iOS, Android, and PC. To stay up to date with the latest information about the game, check out the page below:
