Exclusive Rewards for Crunchyroll Members
Genshin Impact’s collaboration with Crunchyroll runs from August 12 through September 22nd, celebrating the Snezhnaya region in its Version 7.0 update and giving Genshin Impact players who are also active Crunchyroll subscribers a shot at exclusive in-game freebies. Players with a qualifying Crunchyroll membership in the United States, Canada, and select Latin American countries can log in starting August 12 to claim a reward code from a dedicated Crunchyroll event page, then redeem it on Genshin Impact's official site.
The highlighted reward is the "Neo Terminal: Floating Leaf Model," a gadget pet previously only available through a limited event for South Korea and Taiwan, and it makes its debut on the America server exclusively for Crunchyroll's Mega Fan tier and above. Members on the lower Fan tier still walk away with a smaller bundle containing 40 Primogems and other character upgrade materials. Free trial accounts, however, don't qualify for any of the aforementioned rewards.
Limited Regional Availability for Rewards
As stated earlier, eligibility is limited to Crunchyroll members in the United States, Canada, and specified Latin American countries, excluding Cuba. Players elsewhere, including across Europe and Asia, won’t be privy to these items. After the announcement was made, the restriction became a hot topic in the Genshin Impact community, with many players in unsupported regions voicing frustration over being excluded from an otherwise minor promotional reward.
This crossover marks Genshin Impact's first collaboration with an anime streaming service, following Crunchyroll's previous partnership with racing game Forza Horizon 6.
