Disney Sparklink Stars characters are being revealed one by one, hyping up anticipation as it appears to approach its release date. From Mickey and Friends to Monsters Inc. and Beauty and the Beast, it introduces a colorful and somehow familiar cast.
Disney Sparklink Stars Characters Revealed
Rolling Out The Cast: UPbeats, aMazINC., Endelore

Disney Sparklink Stars hypes up fans with the reveal of the first three groups of Spark Riders ahead of its release. On their official X (Twitter) account, players were introduced to the members of UPbeats, aMazINC., and Endelore as their teasers were rolled out one by one. Eager fans quickly replied to the teaser threads with theories and speculations as to who the characters were based on, and two teams have been fully revealed so far.
Firstly, there is UPbeats!, the fresh and cheerful five-member group "sparked" by Mickey and Friends. They aim to make people smile and feel the energy with their dazzling presence and performances.
The members of UPbeats! are:

Following UPbeats! is aMazINC, a wild but captivating trio inspired by the characters of Monsters, Inc. Stirring up the crowd with their unconventional style, this trio appears to be a bit intimidating and cool, but they’re funny, kind, and reliable deep within.
aMazINC’s trio is composed of:
⚫︎ Rafta Vox (Mike Wazowski)
⚫︎ Shu Ayakashi (Sulley)
⚫︎ Noah Slugger (Roz)
Notably, Noah Slugger has turned heads for presumably being based on the grumpy administrator slug minor character, Roz, as people were expecting either Boo or Randall to be a motif. With the signature sunglasses and mole, as well as his last name, a direct reference to the mollusk, the signs seem to point to the speculations being true.
Endelore’s Mysterious Storytellers
The game’s third team, Endelore, has yet to be completely unveiled and is slowly bringing out their four-man roster. Not much is known about them aside from their tagline of "Mysterious Storyteller." The newest character revealed is Shan Rozelist, a shy young man who faces low self-esteem and appears to be based on the Beast. His fellow cast member and first to be revealed, intellectual bookworm Rize Klaj, seems to follow Belle’s motif.
The red-themed and green-themed members of Endelore, as well as the rest of the cast, will follow over the coming days. The teasers are posted at exactly 5PM JST (1AM PT / 4AM ET / 8AM UTC) daily on the official Disney Sparklink Stars X (Twitter).
Welcome to Luminastea, Conductor
Disney Sparklink Stars is set in the magical Sparkle Isles of Luminastea, where players take on the role of a "Conductor" who oversees performers called "Spark Riders". In the global entertainment hub of Luminastea, these entertainers hold live events called "Spark Ride."
As of writing, the game has yet to release any form of gameplay trailer, but the official website lists it as a "dream-fulfilling Spark Rider training adventure game," drawing speculations to have mechanics similar to popular horse-girl IP Umamusume: Pretty Derby or wizard-training simulation Promise of Wizard (also known as Mahoyaku). Notably, Promise of Wizard is also developed by Coly, thus fueling the speculations of having similar mechanics. Additionally, with an all-male cast so far and the game being developed by Coly Inc., a company known for their female-oriented media, Sparklink Stars may be a joseimuke (female-oriented game).
It is also currently unknown if the game will have a global release as all of its promotional media is only in Japanese. For now, excited players will just have to wait for more announcements and news to unfold while engaging in discussions with other budding fans as to which character they’d like to see next.
