Azur Promilia JP Test Marks Next Regional CBT Step
Japan CBT Application Details Will Be Shared Soon
Azur Promilia’s Japanese (JP) server has announced that its closed beta test (CBT) has been scheduled, with the application site and recruitment guidelines set to be published on June 1. The official start date of the CBT has yet to be announced, with June 1 only for the launch of the recruitment phase.
A CBT is a limited pre-release test where selected players can try an unfinished version of a game before launch. In Azur Promilia’s case, the announcement image exclusively lists Windows and Android for now, meaning the current JP CBT notice is focused on PC and Android applicants.
JP Test Follows Korea and Taiwan CBT Updates

Azur Promilia’s Japan CBT update comes after several recent regional testing moves. South Korea is already scheduled for a 2026 launch under Nexon, while the game’s Korea CBT and Taiwan CBT recruitment were covered in an earlier release schedule report.
The new JP announcement gives players another region to track as testing expands across Asia. It also adds useful context for players unfamiliar with Azur Promilia, since CBTs can offer early looks at supported platforms, gameplay systems, and how the game is being prepared before launch.
The update does not confirm a global CBT or final release date. For now, it shows that Japan is joining the game’s recent regional testing activity ahead of further announcements.
Azur Promilia Is a Fantasy RPG With Kibo Companions

Azur Promilia is a fantasy RPG from Manjuu, the developer behind Azur Lane. The game is set in a bright fantasy world, where players explore different areas, fight enemies, and travel alongside creature companions known as Kibo.
Kibo creatures appear to be one of the game’s main identity points, with the official global website highlighting companions such as Staray, Downybrinny, Cabbird, Bluda, and Vespervamp. The site presents these creatures as part of Azur Promilia’s companion-focused fantasy RPG identity.
The official JP website is currently accepting pre-registrations and lists Manjuu and Yostar in the site credits. No full global release date has been announced for Azur Promilia at this time. For more news and info on the game, check out our article below!
