Arknights Teases Persona 3 Reload Collab
No Start Date Yet, But Event Ends September 18, 2026

Arknights developer Hypergryph announced an upcoming crossover event with Atlus’ RPG remake Persona 3 Reload for the game’s Chinese (CN) server. The announcement was made during the game's Summer Carnival 2026 livestream on Bilibili, where Hypergryph closed the presentation with a short teaser and confirmed that the collaboration will take the form of a Side Story set in Laterano, a nation in Arknights. A release date has not been announced.
The teaser itself offers only a glimpse of what players can expect, but it is unmistakably inspired by Persona 3 Reload. The trailer opens with Persona 3’s blue-and-white color palette and an Evoker before swapping between Laterano’s Funerary Hall and a dark street sitting under an eerie green Dark Hour moon. Quick flashes of S.E.E.S. icons, Koromaru’s paw prints, and Makoto’s (the protagonist) MP3 player lead right into the final crossover logo reveal.

Hypergryph confirmed that Koromaru will join Arknights as a free event Operator. In Persona 3 and the remake Reload, Koromaru is an exceptionally intelligent Shiba Inu who fights monsters known as Shadows as a member of S.E.E.S. with his own Persona, Cerberus.
He will debut as a 1-Star Operator, a rarity reserved for only a handful of characters in Arknights. These Operators usually have simple abilities and low deployment costs. Koromaru is the first collab character to receive this rarity.
Exactly what role that character will play—or whether additional members will become playable Operators—has yet to be disclosed.

Hypergryph outlined the collaboration's login campaign during the presentation. Players on the Chinese server can claim up to 30 free pulls through a combination of daily mail rewards and a pre-event sign-in event. The daily mail campaign distributes one headhunting ticket each day for 10 days. The sign-in event awards two ten-pull tickets, bringing the total to 30 free pulls.
The developers said the collab’s gacha vouchers, called "Once Upon a Full Moon" headhunting permits, remain valid until September 18, at 3:59 A.M. (CN server time). Reward mails expire one day earlier on September 17, at 11:59 P.M.

For Arknights, collaborations are nothing new. Previous crossover events have featured series such as Rainbow Six Siege, Monster Hunter, and Dungeon Meshi, with each event introducing its own story, limited characters, and themed stages. During these, Hypergryph typically finds ways to adapt each franchise to fit its world. That has led players to wonder how Persona 3 Reload’s supernatural setting and themes will be woven into Arknight’s universe.
Hypergryph closed out the stream with a brief teaser for an offline cultural partnership with the National Library of China. They didn't share specific details on what the crossover will entail, but more information is expected to drop closer to the event's release.

Koromaru is the only Persona 3 Reload character confirmed so far. Hypergryph has yet to reveal the event's full cast, story, or gameplay. The collaboration is currently scheduled only for the Chinese server, and there is still no announcement regarding a global release.
