007 First Light Tribute Trailer Shows Deluxe Gear in Action
Free Upgrade Includes Early Access, Weapons, and Outfits
007 First Light released a "Tribute Trailer" on its official YouTube channel on April 20, featuring its Deluxe Edition upgrade items in-game.
The 30-second trailer highlights several of the game’s cosmetic and equipment features, including four outfits: Desert Explorer, Day of the Dead, Gentleman Operator, and Silent Anchor, offering different looks for young James Bond during his missions in-game.

It also features the Gleaming Items Pack, which gives Bond’s tools a gold-plated look, and the Agent’s Mark pistol, a weapon skin that closely resembles the Walther P99 used by Pierce Brosnan’s James Bond in the films.
These items are part of the Deluxe Edition upgrade, which is included at no additional cost with pre-orders across all editions. Notably, the Standard Edition, priced at $69.99, also includes 24 hours of early access ahead of the game’s official launch.

Title Sequence Debuts Original Song by Lana Del Rey
007 First Light also revealed its official title sequence on April 18 via its official YouTube channel, featuring "First Light," an original song by Lana Del Rey and David Arnold.
The track marks Arnold’s return to the Bond franchise, where he previously composed the scores for five films, contributing to the franchise’s signature sound. In a press release published on April 16, Hakan Abrak, CEO at IO Interactive, said the collaboration "feels instantly ‘Bond’ while still bringing a fresh identity for 007 First Light."
Arnold also emphasized the importance of the theme song, stating, "The music of James Bond has always been a huge part of its identity. A title song has to tell us about the world we are about to enter into. It has to intrigue, excite, and beckon us in."
The track continues the franchise’s tradition of major artists performing theme songs for the Bond films, following Adele’s "Skyfall," Sam Smith’s "Writing’s on the Wall," and Billie Eilish’s "No Time to Die."
Back to Bond’s Earliest Days

Developed by IO Interactive, 007 First Light follows a 26-year-old James Bond at the very start of his career, before he earns his 00 status. Rather than portraying the seasoned spy seen in previous films, the game focuses on a younger, more impulsive Bond who is still finding his place within MI6 and learning what it means to operate in the world of espionage.
007 First Light launches on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on May 27, 2026, with the Nintendo Switch 2 version arriving later this summer. To stay up to date on the game, check our article below.
