Trainers can now receive a Shiny Volcanion from Pokemon HOME by completing the Pokedex with Pokemon caught from Pokemon Legends: Z-A and the Mega Dimension DLC! Keep reading to learn more about how to obtain Volcanion and its stats, which Pokedex to complete, and how to get Volcanion into your game.

How to Obtain Shiny Volcanion in Pokemon HOME
Complete the Lumiose, Hyperspace, and Mega Pokedex on Pokemon HOME!
You can obtain a Shiny Volcanion after updating your Pokemon HOME mobile app to its latest version after completing the Lumiose, Hyperspace, and Mega Pokedexes.
Do note that you have to complete the Pokedex in Pokemon HOME and not in Pokemon Legends: Z-A.
Pokedexes Can Only be Filled with Pokemon with the Z-A Origin Mark
To complete your Pokedex in Pokemon HOME, you need to transfer Pokemon with the Z-A Marker! This is the same symbol as the Mega Evolution symbol in the game. Pokemon without this marker will not count towards your Pokemon completion.

Receive via Mystery Gift Option in the App
Once you complete the respective Pokedexes, you will be gifted the shiny Volcanion via the Mystery Gift option in the app! Tap on the List Icon on the Main Menu and you will see Mystery Gifts on the bottom left corner.
After receiving your Volcanion, you can then transfer it in Pokemon Legends: Z-A.

How to Get the Shiny Volcanion into Pokemon Legends: Z-A
Transfer Using Pokemon HOME

| 1 | Open the Pokemon HOME App and select the button that says "Pokemon". |
| 2 | Select Pokemon Legends: Z-A from the games listed. |
| 3 | You will see the Pokemon deposited on your Pokemon HOME boxes on the left side and your Boxes in Pokemon Legends: Z-A on the right side. |
| 4 | Select a Pokemon deposited in Pokemon HOME and drag it into your box on the right side. |
| 5 | Return to the main screen in order to save the changes you made. Launch Pokemon Legends: Z-A to check your newly-transferred Pokemon! |

Hello i haven't finished the extra dex yet but i think it is impossible to have a "living dex" some pokemons are not available in multiple copies so how am i suposed to add send them to home, like cerludge and carmadura, or the chest and coins guy, and for meltan should i send it to home then take it back evolve it and take it a second time?
