Let's Build a Dungeon Overview
Let's Build a Dungeon is a management simulation from Springloaded, the studio behind Let's Build a Zoo. Players take control of a game development studio and are tasked with creating an MMORPG while managing the people, finances, development schedule, and demands of their virtual player base.
The game's main Campaign Mode combines studio management with RPG creation. Players can hire artists, programmers, planners, and testers, develop new mechanics and assets, manage advertising campaigns, and respond to requests from their virtual community. Players can also jump into the MMORPG they’ve created to experience it from a player's perspective.
Players can design fantasy worlds filled with towns, quests, monsters, and dungeons, with thousands of objects, environments, characters, and enemies available to use. They can adjust gameplay systems such as enemy stats and item drop rates while monitoring how virtual players interact with the world.
The game also features Creative Mode, which gives players an open sandbox for creating their own games and experiences, and Just Build Mode, a more relaxed world-building mode that supports up to four players.
