Fans Confident on the SEA Release

Light and Night SEA (Southeast Asia) has restored its X (Twitter) presence after several weeks of silence, much to the delight of fans who have been waiting for new information on the mobile romance game. On March 20, developer Tencent Games announced the upcoming SEA region launch of its popular otome title, accompanied by the release of an official English PV.
However, skepticism soon overshadowed the celebration when the game’s X account was abruptly taken down following the reveal. The developers did not explain the disappearance, causing fans to worry that this might be a repeat of the November 2025 incident, where fan-made accounts fueled false hopes of a global release.
With the Light and Night SEA X account back online, the community feels confident that the regional release is legitimate this time around. This restoration has effectively dispelled previous doubts and reignited excitement for the game's official arrival.
New Teasers for Osborn, Evan, and Sariel
Following Light and Night SEA’s X return, the developers showcased new previews for some of its male leads. In a series of posts on the platform, Tencent shared some details about the game’s love interests, Osborn, Evan, and Sariel.
Additionally, the community noted that the characters appear to be retaining their original Chinese names, a move many fans prefer and have grown accustomed to. Under this naming convention, Osborn, Evan, and Sariel will be known as Xiao Yi, Lu Chen, and Qi Sili, respectively.

Though not yet officially confirmed, the sentiment on the subreddit r/otomegames is overwhelmingly positive, fueling speculation that these developments are paving the way for a broader global release. While Tencent has yet to announce a specific launch date for Light and Night SEA, the developer has already established an official presence across Facebook, X, Discord, and other social platforms.
