New SR Units, Skins, and Returning Content Confirmed for Limited-Time Event

Azur Lane’s latest collaboration with Dead or Alive Xtreme Venus Vacation has been officially revealed, marking the third crossover between the two titles following previous collaborations in 2020 and a rerun with additional content in 2023. The announcement was made during an official YouTube livestream on April 13, confirming the return of the collaboration with new characters, skins, and limited-time content.
A side-scrolling naval warfare gacha game developed by Yostar, Azur Lane allows players to collect and command anthropomorphized warships known as "shipgirls." The title blends real-time combat with RPG progression systems and is widely recognized for its expansive roster of characters and frequent crossover events.
The event will run from April 17 to May 1 and introduces new SR collaboration units obtainable through limited construction, event progression, and reward-based systems. Previously released collaboration units and select skins from earlier events will also return starting April 23.
What to Expect from the Collaboration
As the third crossover between Azur Lane and Dead or Alive Xtreme Venus Vacation, the event continues the series’ established structure of limited-time characters paired with themed seasonal content.
Six new SR collaboration units will be added: Elise (Aircraft Carrier), Shandy (Heavy Cruiser), Yukino (Light Cruiser), Tsukushi (Destroyer), Shizuku (Battleship), and Patty (Submarine), spanning a variety of ship classes. Their acquisition is distributed across multiple event systems:
⚫︎ Elise, Shandy, Yukino, Tsukushi – limited construction
⚫︎ Tsukushi – event point exchange/farming rewards
⚫︎ Patty – milestone progression rewards
⚫︎ Shizuku – friendship/affinity accumulation

The collaboration also features a new event story centered on a beach volleyball tournament, continuing the crossover’s signature vacation-themed setting inspired by Dead or Alive Xtreme Venus Vacation.
Alongside the new units, the event introduces 10 swimsuit-themed skins for both collaboration characters and existing shipgirls. Confirmed outfits include Dynamic attires for Elise, Shizuku, USS North Carolina, and IJN Ibuki, as well as a Live2D skin for HMS Argus.
Dynamic skins feature animated effects and motion, while Live2D outfits offer fully interactive animations with responsive character reactions. Some skins may also be available through Outfit Vouchers, allowing limited-time rental access during the event.

In addition, previous Dead or Alive Xtreme Venus Vacation collaboration characters and select skins will return from April 23 to April 30. This rerun includes fan-favorite units such as Marie Rose, Honoka, and Kasumi.
The event, alongside the return of previous collaboration content, offers players another chance to obtain characters and cosmetics they may have missed, making it a notable opportunity for collectors and returning players alike.
