The Escapists 3 Overview
The Escapists 3 is a prison escape sandbox strategy game developed and published by Team17. Departing from the series' signature 2D pixel art style, the sequel introduces a fully 3D world while keeping the familiar isometric perspective and tactical gameplay.
Set across five distinct prisons, players must blend into daily routines, search cells, complete prison jobs, and trade with inmates to gather resources and craft over 120 unique tools and weapons. The game introduces an XP progression system to customize inmate skills and supports single-player, 2-player local split-screen, or up to 4-player online co-op multiplayer.
