KONAMI Wai Wai World Craft, known in Japan simply as Wai Wai World Craft, is an upcoming free-to-play social game creation platform developed and published by Konami for PC, iOS, and Android, supporting 1 to 6 players per session. Rather than building entirely from scratch, players use official assets, characters, and gadgets from Konami franchises like Castlevania and Contra to design their own games, choosing from several genre "bases" including side-scrollers, 3D platformers, and battle royale, before publishing them for others to play and comment on for free.
Progression is tied to Silver Points, a currency earned through both playing and creating games, which can be exchanged for cosmetic items and Actor color variations, as well as in-game aids like HP restoration or barriers usable while playing other users' creations.
The project draws its name from Konami Wai Wai World, a 1988 Famicom platformer that similarly starred a crossover cast of characters pulled from across the publisher's catalog.
