PROJECT ZIRCON Overview
PROJECT ZIRCON is a dark fantasy deck-building roguelike where players take on the role of a nation's ruler and attempt to survive the return of the Calamity Dragon of the Abyss. The game is structured around five in-game years, with players needing to meet yearly objectives before eventually confronting the dragon.
Each year is divided into Strategy and Administration phases. During the Strategy Phase, players expand their territory and acquire Character Cards and Facilities, while the Administration Phase allows them to deploy their cards and build combinations to earn points. Players can also equip up to three Zirpowers to gain unique advantages.
Different choices and events can lead to multiple endings, with each playthrough offering different strategies and story developments. As players progress, their Player Level unlocks additional Facilities and starting decks.
