Can You Roll Wind Mantle via Qurious Armor Crafting?

YES. Wind Mantle can be obtained as an extra skill on your armor when you try rolling for skills via Qurious Armor Crafting.

Wind Mantle passively increases Wirebug Gauge recovery by 5% at level 1 and up to 10% at level 3 without any additional conditions. However, by hitting monsters continuously with your attacks, you can get the bonus up to 40% at skill level 3 when you land enough hits.

This bonus increases by landing consecutive hits on a monster and reaching the thresholds set for each weapon type. Slower weapons like the Great Sword will only need about 10 hits to reach the maximum boost while faster weapons like Dual Blades will need to land 40 hits.

Continuous Attacks Boost Recovery

Using a Silkbind attack will trigger the skill, symbolized by the Wirebug gauge turning green. Sheathing your weapon will return the gauge back to normal.

Continuing to attack after the Wind Mantle skill is active will provide further boosts to the Wirebug recovery speed. Further boosts are activated when a wind effect appears around the hunter.
